Very shocked at the poor customer service from sip. Very outdated website contact. Only seem to have telephone numbers as contact, and from the uk, will be expensive to phone. No response from facebook messages. Also placed an order 3 days ago, but still says open order? How long does it take to pick an order, when all the parts are in stock! They should have some form of live chat to improve service. Also the returns process is a nightmare, and if parts only a certain price, not worth returning, as you have to pay the return postage.
Had major issues with stuff i bought , STILL no reply from SIP. and took 4 days to pick stock items before they were posted, crap
