Which head is best for PX200e cylinder + 60mm stroke crank?

Hello, I am rebuilding a PX200e EFL engine with standard cylinder, wider exhaust port, a Grand Sport 66.7mm (1st oversize) piston and a Tameni 60mm long stroke crank. Would the MMW 66.5mm head be a suitable and good choice or should I get the stock head machined and profiled for the extra stroke. Can I use an OEM head gasket or do I need a 1.0mm or 1.5mm head spacer? I am looking to maximise low-end torque, so will use the OEM base gasket, not a 1.5mm spacer.
