Which carb???

Hi guys,

I have a Vespa VBC that I have stripped down and rebuilt during the rebuild I upgraded to a Pinasco 177 kit and Simonini exhaust I am using a SI 20/20 carburettor whilst it has great power and torque under half throttle much over this and it runs out of fuel I've mucked around with jetting and still cant get enough out of it.

 

I am looking at going with a 28mm PHBH or the the SI 24/24 DRT I intend to have it Dyno tuned by SS scooters in Sydney, I've seen mixed reviews on both so a little help would be greatly appreciated .

no carb bigger then 24SI if you are not in "real" espansion exhaust. I say real since now it makes sense to make the difference between the half expansions, that works well, like SIp road, PEP parts, Megadel, and the "real"ones like RZ, Scorpions ...
