Welcome an effective method of communication with SIP

Hoping this new website with forums relevant to products may prove an effective way of communicating both with SIP and other interested parties.

In the past it seemed a hit and miss affair to establish contact on specific topics,so now hopefully,a direct response from an appropriate department will ensue.

My particular question to SIP is .'Have SIP staff monitored club website forums ie LCGB ,VCGB (whose members use your products) to gauge your customers opinion or have you relied solely on dealership feedback to check on suitabilty and reliabilty  issues ?.
