Hi do i need to order something more to moddify my old VGLB1T to longstroke with vespa tronic ignition ? I dont know if i need a statorplate spacer and a wiringloom, and maybe some more ? will this items fit my old VGLB1T from 1961 ?

The items you chose are correct. As you will have to modify your wiring loom, you could instead go for this one (exists both for handlebar end indicators and without):
