Hi guys,

 

Im new here, and just started on a rebuild of a '86 vespa pk 50 xl plurimatic. I know its really hard to find parts, and on the site they only have the 75cc pinasco cylinder available.

I need a new cylinder because the original one is completely rusted, and all the cooling vins are just gone.

If i were to buy this cylinder, can you guys give me any advice on what carburetter i might need? Or what kind of changes i need to make to the original one?

why a new cylinder? you can sandblast the exterior (it's cast iron, it's not rust, just a patina) and then go to some garage for a grinding, a new piston and that's all.
