Vespa Hoffmann HA Timing 1952

Can anyone advise me the degrees before top dead centre on this model.  It is currently set at 33 ish

I have the Peter Witzel timing guide but unfortunately my comprehension of German is poor and he states the timing in mm v o T

Your help appreciated

set the timing ideal with 28° B.T.D.C ±1°
