Small introduction here. I'm Sil and I have the history of building the fastest dutch vespa ciao. Now I'm a little older and currently in progress for my motor driving license I would like to buy a Vespa ET3 and tune it.
Before tuning I would like to enhance the handling, by replacing the suspension and introducing disc brakes.
So maybe you guys could get me started a bit here.
Am I right that it is possible to fit this steering column with this brake kit? Any of you have any experience with this? Of course I will also order a mounting kit. Which rims and tyres do you guys recommend? Should be also the proper ones after tuning (30+ HP).
Question about the suspension; I'm thinking of replacing it by the lowered Bitubo suspension kit.
I did more research myself and I have found a lot of answers but there also raised a lot of new questions.
What do I need to mount the 20mm disc brake kit to an ET3. Do the items below with the SIP steering column fit? Or do I need more? Can somebody help me with this?
