Hi guys, I choose to post here cause I see no other solution for me.
I work on weekdays (@ work right now) so I can’t call SIP shop, I sent two emails to warn that there were a mistyiping in the email adress I wrote when ordering my part. I also asked about my order as there’s my credit card number somewhere in their program and I got no ETA for my part.
the bad thing is that I asked for „SIP“ priority order, wich means I actually pay more for the order to be faster and 4 days after my order I have nothing.
- no email/reply (sent 2 with my correct adress)
- nothing in my „user area / parcels“
- no confirmation email
and I can’t call germany from work
wich means I must be screwed somewhere´and that ain’t cool

the part was avalaible then (green dot) now it’s not (yellow dot) and I don’t know if it was shipped or not, no email reply nothing.
I ordered it because if was avalaible then and I wanted to get it this week. so could anyone, please, let me know what’s happening ?
will I get my part or not ?
