To SIP Team - Order for Chaville (5th November)

Hello,

I did not succeed in obtaining the sales department to obtain answers to my questions.
 
Is it possible to place my order next Thursday (November 2th) as soon as I would have contact the sales department to be delivered on the 5th at Chaville ?

My problem is that SIP'responder announces that saturdays the hotline is open from 2 pm. to 6 pm., which does not seem to be the case…

I've called the SIP online. They don't send the products to Chaville on the 5th of November.
The shipment to France is everytime free to France...tks SIP
