i had a T5 with 152 kit ,i found a 120 main jet was best but that was with auto-lube( this gives 2% mix) & put 1% in the juice when filling up.If your not using auto-lube then put a 122 main in & leave the rest of the jet set up the same(as you would with autoLube)& put 3% in at least whilst running in.Knock your timing right back to its minimum advancement as this helps keep the temperature down.when youve clocked up 500miles running in you should be o.k. to just put 2% in,although when doing distance i still put a little extra in!On the note of exhausts DON
T bother with the cheap pipes as they don`t do much good for your top end( polini, simminini etc )i found a sito-plus performed best for overall use & got @ 73 mph top end.Just remember to strip & clean your piston ,and rings out every few thousand miles as they do get stuck.NICE to help you out DEANO
cheers deano for your words of wisdom i will certainly give it a go
