What do you guys reccomend I do to get more power from my Sprint V?

I have bought a Malossi 166cc and a simonini pipe. What I need to know is what carb setup should i use? As in Type and reed valve kit or not…(I have machined my cases to match the malossi)

And will a T5 4th gear fit? If not what improvements should I do to the gear box/transmision?
