SIP front shock 72000FSB

I bought the SIP front shock 72000FSB.  The shock broke with only 200 miles on it. The internal rod came out of the reciever. Thankfully i was only going 20 mph at the time and did not crash. the entire front end of the bike collapsed. i do know this, at no time did it give me any sign of vibration/noise, etc. that something was loose. If the rod unthreaded, you cannot see this as it's enternal. So how are you suppose to know something is coming apart if there is no indication?  This SIP, can and will cause serious bodily harm if you don't resolve this issue coming out of your shop.

I have sent an email to SIP and they countered with putting a message on this board. This is a serious and i demand a reprentative of SIP to email me directly to resolve this issue.
