SIP Fast-flow tap not turning off?

Hi all 

hope iv asked this in correct area?

New SIP Fast-flow tap fitted to P210 Mallossi & it's not turning petrol off 

iv tried it with lever in standard C pointing away from engine?

lever pointing up?

& lever pointing towards engine?

but still does not turn off & my bikes flooding due to this when left overnight?

can anyone help with fuel tap problem & also what to try to stop flooding engine?

Neuer Nippen-Klaps des Schnellen Flusses passte zu P210 Mallossi, und es dreht Benzin nicht ab 

iv versuchte es mit dem Hebel im Standard C, weg vom Motor anspitzend?

Hebel, der anspitzt?

Hebel, der zum Motor hinweist?

aber biegt noch nicht ab und meine Räder, die wegen dessen, wenn verlassen, über Nacht strömen?

kann irgendjemand mit dem Kraftstoffklaps-Problem helfen und auch was zu versuchen aufzuhören, Motor zu überschwemmen?

hello , I bought 2 taps fast flow . both do not close the gas. the reserve indicator on my speedometer koso always marks the reserve. bad experience
