SIP Community - Not so active

I don’t wanna create an incident but I find the new SIP Community not so active, particulary when I ask for a solution about specific SIP products, so essentially to the SIP Team…

But everything is perfectible…

You're right wiz your analyse but, for myself, I use essentially that SIP Community to have precise answers about SIP products...so essentially questions to the SIP team and questions in using products for the others SIP buyers. 

I can resume my 2 main questions in that post :

- Articles out of order :
We can order products that are at the moment not in stock. SIP proposes partial delivery for that products. The big problem is that SIP announces on the invoice that we have to reorder them !!!??? Why shall we re order a product that we've already put in an order ??? So strange !!! I thought that the 1st clients which had orderes an article that wasn't in stock would be served !!! 
Could you explain us what we shall do (because I'm waiting many articles : Exhaust SIP T5 PRO Vespa P125 (SIP0810)...)

- Light Bulb 12V yellow :

That light wasn't in stock but it would be...now the indicator is red !!!! What's the alternative ????

well, it could be better wiz more viewers but for specific questions abouts SIP products, the SIP team is the best answerer…so SIP should give more time free to its team to answer to questions of buyers…
