Scorpion or SIp Performance

I want to replace the standard rusty exhaust on my Totally Standard T5 Millenium for a Scorpion or SIP Performance. What do people think/recommend?
Is it worth replacing or not?
What one is better - scorpion or SIP?

Thanks in advance.

I have a scorpion on my PX200 and it sounds, looks and goes great. But in defence for SIP I have not seen one of theirs in action.[I)]

I just replaced a sito plus[similar to standard T5 exhaust] with a scorpion on my malossi kitted 200. The scorpion gives a really noticeable improvement in power at high revs, but loses out at low revs to the sito. So it all depends where you want the power.

As far as I know you cannot carry a spare wheel with the sip. You can with the scorpion as long as you fit a spacer. You will probably need to uprate you’re rear shock as well, especially if you carry a pillion as these pipes can ground on the left side.

Hope this helps

I WAS IN THE SAME BOAT AS YOURSELF AND I FITTED A SIP POLISHED PIPE TO MY T5(172 KITTED).I ENQUIRED ABOUT THE SCORPION PIPE BUT WAS TOLD THAT IT WASN’T AVAILABLE AT THE TIME.I THEN PURCHASED A SIP PIPE.IN MY VIEW THE SIP PIPE LOOKS BETTER EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE BOTH MADE BY JIM LOMAS!!
EVEN WITH P@P FROM GERMANY THE SIP WAS CHEAPER!!!

AS TO FITTING A SPARE WHEEEL YOU CAN DO IT BUT YOU NEED TO SPACE THE BOTTOM THREADED BOLT OUT BY REMOVING IT AND FITTING A 100MM(4 INCH) BOLT WITH A CAPTIVE NUT-THIS ALLOWS YOU TO ADJUST THE GAP.
