PX80 to 139 Kits

I now have a PX80 engine which I want to increase teh CC, but it will be standard, not tuned. I intend getting either the DR or Malossi kit, what’s the difference? Also I am going to keep the engine standard, standard exhaust and 20/20 Dellorto carb. Which jets (starter, pilot, main) would I need to change and to what numbers?

Or should I use a 24/24 carb?

hello,

malossi is a little more powerful but not that much, maybe 10% and rev higher so I will choose it if in combination with an expansion exhaust.
If you buy a DR you don’t need the 24/24 if everything else is standard.
I would just change the main jet with a 102, spark plug Bosch 4 or Denso24 or NGK8 (of the correct lenght)
ignition 18°.

Finally I have the DR135 kit and I’m going to fit as standard with 102 main jet in 20/20 carb with standard exhaust. Is 18 degrees standard timing? If not what is?

Dr Kit now successfully run in.  I am going to get a Sito Plus exhaust, do I need to change the main jet (102)?  A 104 maybe?
