PX80 Engine to 125 150

Hi SIP forum users

I’ve just bought a PX 80 engine and what to know if I can put a PX125/150 barrell and piston straignt on with only carb jet changes. Also I assume the gear ratios are different? Does anyone have any experience with changing stuff on this engine.

It uses a shorter stroke crank so no.You could use a modified Malossi or Polini kit though as this is quite popular in Germany.

What if I change the crank for a 125/150, will this fit in the crankcases?

No problema with change crank from PX 80 to 125/150
Only crank!!
If you want change gear PX80 on teh 125/150/200 you must break brass sleeve from engine.
