Yes it is possible but WHY?
An DR 135 is no cylinder which requires such useless and expensive measurement.
The SI carb range is very good as it has been specially developed for Vespa crankcases and crankshafts.
As you might know Vespas have a crankshaft which also works as a rotating valve.
The big advantage of the SI carb is that is has a short suction path, so very good for the rev-up behaviour of your engine.
Why do you want to change a running system and buy a manifold and some rexpensive racing carb which does not fit the DR135 at all?
-> A DR 135 is no race cylinder and you really don't need some crazy selfmade construction.
A big advantage of the SI carbs is that they are surrounded by a carb casing which protects them from dirt, dust, water etc.
Sorry but there is no replacement for an SI or Spaco carb in this case which makes sense.
For shure you can install a bigger SI24 instead of the original SI20 which came originallly with the PX 80.
That's the cheapest easiest and best solution!
Any other upgrade causes much higher costs and as far as I see you could not handle the adjusting of such evaluated carbs.
