I’m setting up my PX125 with new 24 carb, pinasco 177 kit, pinasco exhaust. drilling hole inair filter and fitting 116 jet. All recommended by seller. They also say only needs 200Km run in as opposed to 1000Km of other iron kits.
Any thoughts or further recommendations please?
what about the slow jet? the 24 comes from a PX200 set up with 55 or other? just take the slow jet out and reed the numbers.

time set at 19 and spark NGK8 or Bosch 3

I was going with a 20 timing but all timing is +/- 1 right?

Knobby - you’ll have to run it in on your own - I’ve done my 1000km on my new PX200 - and now know every bump and hole on every road around Dunbar now.
If I ever get it back to run in!

sorry if I was not clear enough.
I will just give you what I need will be the right jets size:
Slow jet: 50/160
(maybe you have a 50/120 or a 55/140)
main jet :118
Mixer tube :BE4
air corrector: 190
ignition time 19
(yes + - 1 but if you are at 20 + 1 you go to 21 that is a little too much) so go with 19
IF you keep the ignition the way it is now get a colder spark (NGK9 or Bosch3) but I prefer the option with less advance and warmer spark grade.
