I’m writing you regarding my questions about my order. I ordered a racing cylinder (D.R. 177 cc) and a racing exhaust (SIP road 2.0 for Vespa PX 80-150) on 19 March 2015. When I login to the web site the status of my order is “Open Order” since the day I ordered the materials. Is there a problem about my order? I guess the shipping has not started yet. In normal it should be shipped within 2 days…
I would be appreciated if you can ship the materials as soon as you can, because I will travel to another country next week. Please let me know about the process.
