Order problem

I performed my order correctly but the mail for the confirm of the order doesn’t arrive and in my user area there’s not my order. Why?
Is it normal?

It’s the first delivery with Sip and i am worried!!!

Sometimes the confirmation mail arrives at the same time that the delivery,  Imade almost 25 orders and never got any problem....

Hi Santiago,
please send me a PM with your username and I will find out for you. Usualy if you haven´t received an email from us the order did not go through.
In that case it gets stored automaticaly in a notepad. Check your saved notepads in your user area to see if the last order is a notepad now.
You can then put the notepad in your basket and order all stuff again with few clicks.
