Hi,
I placed an Order on August 29th , got the paypal payment request on August 31st and paid that day , got an email saying order picking started that same day August 31st, but then yesterday September 1st got an email asking me for more money for products from previous orders, thing is I have no other products ordered or on back orders, I need my order that has been paid to be shipped as soon as possible, contacted support but have no answer yet, hope someone can help me.
