Order information


I made an order 26th of may. I received a e-mail concerning this order. This email says to Track my order: Check it out at the user’s area in the My Packages section. This section does not exist in user’s area! Where I can find the inforamtion about my order?

As I can’t have any information about my order (by phone many times, by mail, by forum, etc.), anyone can tell me how can I cancel my order?

It’s my second order in SIP, and the first was really good. The 2nd is to forget.

If someone from SIP team read this, please cancel my order!
