Ooops they did it again! (SIP)

Okey, they did it again. My order is has been in status "open" for more than a week, customer service don't reply, everything is as usual. After several days I actually receive a reply with some excuse and (magically) the order change to "pick" in status. They have now been picking for several days, and in the meantime I notice that one of the items has been sold out...

Well, I probably have to wait for next summer before I receive this, great...

Sometimes I wish I could find another supplier.
