I want to modify my scooter VBB2 i don’t know how i start with it i don’t know what part i can use with my scooter. Please advice me.
You can cange clutches by 23/65 to 21/65, that´s possible, but not 20/65, it doesn´t fit.
Normaly you add or sub 1 teeth on the clutch, that´s no problem.
Sorry, don´t understand „straight cut conversion“.
Can you explain it?
What do want to do?
A complette restauration, or do you want to tune it with PX engine, PK fork, diskbrake ect.? [:bounce:]
If you want to ride a Chopper, take a PX one.
If you want it normal, take it from the PK. [I)]
The PX colum is 5cm too high, i find it looks not very nice [:rotate:]
Go here you might get a reply!!

No, there no plans…[:(]
THANKS. If I ever get one, I may remember that, or too much BEER may make me forget, ALSO, your catalogue states you can „simply change clutch centres to change gearing. using 20/21/23 cogs“ Do you feel this is correct, and if not should the wording be changed perhaps? (REF; P200/ COSA CLUCTH)
DANIEL, would that be PK, or PX forks in a VBB2? Just curious, not worked on a super for a long time.
I have run polini/ malossi straight cut primaries for many years and whilst the new stle clutches are a godsend the only way to get a straight cut gear set is to use an existing polini/malossi kit and use the clutch centre from the kit, machine it down and do the same to the cosa clutch an tig it. are there any plans for one to be produced? It relieves all side loading on the bearings/ casings. It takes a few hours to make(ther first one did anyway)
Yes. i agree with you, but your catalogue thinks all three will fit. Also, do you know of any plans of a straight cut conversion for the cosa clutch?
