Most juice out of 50cc

I want to get the most out of a 50 cc build. Need to keep engine at 50 for class qualifying. I have 50 spec V5B3T

I have a 16.16 delorto carb with  rotary valve manifold.

Looking at adding the 16 Polini air filter.

Now I need any other advice to build up my shopping list.

I'm thinking the Polini 50 cc cylinder kit. but not sure on the rest. exhaust, primary etc. any help would be great.

Hi, in my opinion the best 50cc is the original of the vespa HP (aluminium); it can reach 8000rpm without difficulties in the right setting and if you rise a bit the exhaust opening and lower the head the performance is greater. Better than a 16-16 carb take a 19-19, it is not too big for a good 50cc, I can assure you! Take a racing crank and a light flywheel, and, finally the proma or malossi exhaust (banana lefthand but not polini). You might put the leovinci secsys which is a proper expansion for 50-60cc but it is difficult to find and you lose torque at low rews, which are essential for a 50cc. Primary not more than 16/68 or 16/69 with 10' wheels or 18/67 with 9' wheels; With a longer gearing (for example 18/67 with 10' wheels) you will have a pour acceleration and a very weak 4th gear, not reccomended at all!
