malossi166+SI 24/24G+SIP EXHAUST

HELLO EVERYBADY:
I HAVE A px150 FITTED MALOSSI 166 + CASE PORTED+SI 24/24G+JL EXHAUST, CAN ANYONE SUGGEST A GOOD IDEA FOR ME i.e CARB SETTINGS(MAIN JETTING) AND TIMING.

I use three plate from Piaggio but with all the reinforced springs, quite hard for the first +/- 100 kms but very good after.

Does anybody has tried to pass the 4 gears without pushing the clutch , it works! I tried!

I wouldn’t use a 4 plate clutch,they’re crap.

I would also go for another type of clutch springs as Malossi one’s are far too hard,only any good in a hydrolic set up.Try Taffspeed or Worb5 item’s instead,I’m told they aren’t so hard.

130 main ( get a 128 and a 132 spare). So you can change it according if 130 is rich or lean.

CAN ANYONE USE 4 PLATES CLUTCH TOO,AND TELL ME HOW ABOUT IT!!
AM I NEED CHANGE STOCK SPRING+4 PLATES CLUTCH OR MALOSSI SPRING+STOCK 3 PLATES CLUTCH???

You can use a mixture of 3 malossi springs and 3 standard springs. This works excelent on my malossi 166 fitted sprint.

If you use 6 malossi springs, the clutch handle will be to hard for everyday use.
