Hi All,

Anyone done the malossi 210 piston mods?
If so was there a noticeable increase in power and any reliability problems ie piston cracking etc?

doc what did you use to cut the coating on the barrel ?
will a dremal with cutting disc cut it clean ? i wanna do mine as i still need more power

providing you only remove the specified areas its safe.if malossi didnt think the piston would be reliable with the areas removed they wouldnt make them into the cast.i have fully modified mine and the barrel and its a struggle to keep the front wheel on the ground.you will notice a difference but the rest of the engine setup has to be right or youre wasting your time
