Malossi 210 Long Stoke Timing and Main Jet?

Hi everyone.

I am just about to fit  SIP variable ignition to my tuned Vespa PX200E Engine. Can anyone advise the recommended timing for a Malossi 210 with a 60mm stroke crank? I know recommended is 18 Degrees BTDC for a standard 57mm crank. 18.5 Degrees for a 60mm? Also as the ignition is variable I presume the timing value is set at slow running?

I have a MMW 60mm head fitted. 

I'm running a 30mm Delorto with this set up - again any suggestions on Main Jet range appreciated.
