I have a Malossi 210 kit with a PM Tuning hi-compression head which I am intending to fit to a 1998 PX200E.
Is the Lusso3, 4 plate 23 cog clutch a good upgrade option to handle the extra power?

The cosa style 4 plate clutch on the „new“ PX is a good one and should handle the power of your kit. If you want something stronger, you could put some reinforced strings (SIP sold them) and dont forget to use the correct oil grade, if you dont want your clutch to slip.
