Fitted a Malossi 166 to my PX125e disc. Everything seemed fine, covered 350km so opened her up a bit more. Was well impressed with the extra power/speed. Had her up to 65mph, came off the power and the scoot just died, back wheel locked up and I had fun getting her under control. When I pulled up the engine was still running and sounding ok. All seems ok now and have covered a few more hundred km, but I'm scared to open her right up. I have a Sip Performance exhaust and have a 107 main jet, which is the correct jet for that pipe apparently. Everything else is standard. Is a bigger carb going to be the best answer? I'm guessing it's not getting enough fuel at high throttle. Any help on this would be great. Cheers.
Put a 115 mainjet in the carb and work you way down, I would guess around 110-112 might be fine

Hi, Put in the 115, ran terrible, wouldn't go over 40mph. Down to a 105 at the moment and all seems well. I have now done 1000km + since fitting the kit. Cheers for your advice.
