The 350 Rossa was a result of someone in the UK grafting a Yamaha 350 twin two stroke motor into a Lambretta. It started out as a one off then he tried to go into production but went bankrupt. This is all dredged from my memories of reading Scootering in the early nineties. I do remember reading the road test of the one off and thinking „how cool is that!“;D

If you get hold of last months scootering theirs a recently built one in it,it`s slightly different but was built with input from the original rosso builder might be worth trying to get in touch with him.
