hello to everybody,
I have just tried the fournales shock combo. I have to say that I really like them for city and touring use. Very confortable
I definetely will keep them on my touring PX.

There in the SIP catalogue, Art.-No. J70940000. Saw some on a scoot a while ago and they look better than anything else as well.

Hi Curare,
where the heck did you find them?
I contacted the Fournales firm directly some time ago but told me they’re not producing them anymore!!

ciao,
Matt
hello,
they just give you a different ride feeling, but I would not say one is better then the other. The bitubos gives you more possibility of setting, the fournales are smoother on the very first part of they response. Worthed? Over the standard yes. If you already have a Bitubo set, worthed only if you prefer the fournales look or want just a little more grip on the back tire.

Ok thanks, they’re not for everyone’s pocket!!
Right now I’m using the Bitubos both in front and back, I find my Vespa very stable, maybe a little hard, but it is very good when riding in two!
Do you all think the price is excusable on the Fournales?
Sure they’re beautiful and unique…
Cheers,
gt
Those shocks are the best. My mate had some on his T5 and they transformed it.
Curare,
Glad you’re back on the road. and enjoying your new shocks! Envious.
Can you advise me on my carb??

hello Grimesy66, I will have a look at your post and will see if I can be of any help.
Are the fournales worth it? Yeah I think so. You can tell what a good bit of kit they are when you see them in the flesh. Quality costs!
The Fournales is really worth it…
At the start, i thought that the fournales std setting was way to hard… but after ~300km the damper was bedded in, and it was much better… softer, but still hard…
I had it on my Sonic, at that time, but it is the same as on a vespa http://artikler.dba.dk/galleri/23819/8270-IMG_3348.jpg
…maybe the back shock in the standard setting is just a little too hard for solo touring riding. I will try to change the pressure to a lower setting.
