Hello! Happy Easter to all Vespastis [:drink:]

I have problem with carb, jet in engine PX80
My configuration:

kit: DR 135, (orginal crank)
carb: SI 24/24E auto oil
air jet: 160
atomiser: BE3
main jet: 106 better acceleration (i tried 102 it wasn’t good)
idle jet: 45/140 ( i tried 55/160 it’s wasn’t good)

igintion: 22
long gear

Engine started when is cold (with open choke) good acceleration
when engine stop (warm) I can’t start engine I must kick off (6-7 times) and engine started. this some situation I have with open choke, full open trottle etc)

I don’t what to do [:(][:(][:(] please help me [?[] [?[]

It’s oki [:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)]

Floater needle it was defect, it was leaky i change floater and floater chamber, now it’s ok.

On the future:

engine Px 80 with DR135
carb: si 24/24e (with auto oil)
air jet: 160
atomiser: BE3
main jet: 110 (realy good acceleration)
idle jet: 55/160 (0.5 turn screw mixer)
ignition 21-22 (for long gear)

Now its really, really good

Hi,
check the stator plate and the pick up if you have electronic ignition. It’s probably the pick up. Instead if you have the breakers change the condenser
