I need help for kübler 278 cc

Hi.

I'm AlpTekin from Turkey.

I'm a vxr 200 rider.

I modified my motorcycle with the equi

ıpments which I wrote below

j.costa variator (6,5 gr)

dr. pulley clutch

Mivv gp exhaust

malossi phf 34 karb. (118 jet)---1612265

malossi valve set --2712996

malossi 209 cylender kit ---3111473

malossi digitronic ---5512341

malossi Secondary Gear---6711860

malossi camshaft---5911962

malossi torque driver---6112563

Then I put on the kübler 278 cc kit , kübler reinforced , Camshaft PIAGGIO 300 ,phf 34 jet 140

but I'm having problems about the gas.

Do I have to use the original carburetor or change the 34 carburetor with the bigger one.

Thanks for your answer but I2ve tried malossi camshaft---5911962 before using 300 cam and my bike couldn't go more than 30km/h but after i start using 300 cam it had started to go 100 km/h .Now I'm having trouble about the phf34.I'm spending too much gas and the gas doesn't being enough at the top speed

this sounds to me, that some problem is in the timing TRAIN.

Have you checked the positioning  of the cam gearing??? That has to be correct on the two points!!!

NOTE: IT IS REALLY IMPORTANT THAT YOU USE THE ROTOR OF A 125CC MODEL!!!!!

FIRST THIS GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TIMINGPOINT FOR THE CAM AND THIS SET UP

check it again and let us know

Did you modified your crankcase, too- means the oil shield?? is also important for the right lubing of the cyl.

Hi,

 

be sure the problem is the wrong CAM.

Dont use the 300 Cam - its wrong .

 

Best is :

-- use the original cam

or much better is

-- use the malossi cam for the 200cc models.

 

The 34 carb will blow your speed up and is good for the set up......

 

use a other cam - and you fly;-)
