I bolted on the pinasco 215 kit!

finaly after many questions and help from some of this board great vespa expert i did it!!!

i grind the metal a little for the electric start.i was afraid to grind the metal too much and enter one of the transfers but i did it fine.

i did n’t managed to locate the peg of the second ring in it was a little messy to slide the piston to the cilynder,if it came in there is no way i missed the peg right???

for start i change the main jet to 125 and drill a 5 mm hole in the air filter as it says in the instructions came with the kit.
i adjusted the ignition in the center between A to LT as one of u in this board adviced me.

the engine is working fine, the idle is ok.what should i do next?i run it very slow so i guess the main jet didn’t get to action yet,how do i know if i need to replace to a smaller jet or stay with this jet?

hope to get some good advices

If you drilled the air filter make sure that you are using a 160 air corrector, this is the large jet with the screwdriver slot in the top.

Drilling the 5mm hole in the air filter allows more air through the air corrector and into the atomiser which leans the mixture off.
