HELP Vespa 90 Carb Problem

Hi,

I have a 1973 V90 Racer and the fuel mixture screw wont work, when i adjust it nothing happens and it running very rich. I have had the carb appart and its all good. Any Ideas??

wich carb and wich mainjet do you got ?
