I have a stock 110cc Malossi kit for my daughter's 50, with a minimal amount of work to the bottom-end and a 1/2 decent exhaust it isn't a bad stat, but you really need to decide what you want to do and how much money you want to spend on it.
You could also have a look for a PK125 engine complete and keep the reliability of standard and still have a good increase in performance.
