Full circle crank installation

I have a mallossi reedblock set up on my 210 motor. When the motor was originally built the stock crank was used. I am now rebuilding and need to know if a full circle crank is necessary and if it will give much more power.

Can someone please explain why full circle is better and what is and how to remove the „compression plate“ to install the crank


I guess my biggest question is- Will it hurt my motor if I continue to use the standard crank?

ive heard that you have to mill out the compression plate to install a full circle crank. Im not sure what exactly is meant by this that is why I am asking.

What do you mean „Compression Plate“? never heard of such a thing [:rolleyes:]
