Heej guys,
I’m thinking about overhauling my engine. I drive a primavera 125 with the
original 19.19 carb, 121 cc, and 19/20 crank. I already upgraded to a parmakit
CDI.
Now my bearings are worn down and I want to do some work. I was thinking on
buying new bearings, crankshaft
MAZZUCCHELLI 19/20 with rotor valve and racing cylinder MALOSSI 136cc. Due
to money issues I was hoping the use my old 19.19 carb.
I this a good configuration or should I go with a full circle crank and a 20/24
reed valve carb?

Finally a new
crank; a racing crankshaft from Mazzucchelli.
It’s plug and play!!! I hate so say it but… I TOLD YOU SO...... the crank from
Pinasco is too big!!!!!!
O and use the expressive roller bearing for the flywheel side for the
crank; it’s worth every penny. Thank you Sip for the advice to buy a regular
whit a puller; its rubbish
f*ck... the crank does not fit... on advice of Pierre I split the casing (again) and shorted the engine studs and pulled de crank with a puller to de flywheel side. No.... luck grrrr... de crank is now rubbing against de inside of the engine.
i paid 1500,- euro's for 1 month delay 2 f*cked up 2 bearing, 2 oil seals, 1 packing and 18 hours’ work….[:@] and a bad crank!!
Pierre call me!
