Eeratic tickover

how do got me t5 back  and it goes like hell  but im finding that the warmer the engine gets the more erratic the tickover becomes…the tickover adjustment on the carb is very minimal  would the carb be broke ? my set up is 172  20 tooth coas clutch.20 mm cut off the crank…scorpian pipe …135 main jet 24 mm standerd t5 carb…would a dyno sort it out?
