Disc Brake Conversion P200

I have a US-spec P200E and I want to do a full disc brake conversion with the master cylinder on the handlebar. I have the small axle so I’m told I need to replace the front fork assembly. What else will need to complete the project? Thanks in advance

if you read the sip catalogue motomark you’ll see they do a complete disc kit with the fork included,so thats that sorted isnt it
