Is the gearbox and downpipe the only difference between the p200 and p125 engines…If I have a p125 is it possible to swap out parts to enable a malossi 210 to be used.

barrell porting are different too, crankshaft… no it is not possible
except with crazy mod. But at that point much, much easier buying a used p200 engine less expensive and no risk too.

but you can try to make your p125 very powerfull with the same money!!
