Damaged item in my package what to do?

hello just received a damaged item in my package!

and i have just send an e mail to [email protected] reporting the fact!

is there anything else i have to do? does this process thake long time?

 after sending the item back, do i have to whait for a refund and order it again, or can they just send me a good item right away??
