I have is an Sprint Veloce 150 VLB1T.
Malossi 166 Cylinder Kit, CDI 12 volt ignition,32mm Keihin PWK flat carb and reed valve and an expansion exhaust.
It runs fine, very fast although I keep braking crankshaft..
The coarse is worn out crank bearing seats…
The crankshaft bearing seats (the steel rings that are inserted in the casings) where worn out and the bearings became loose making the crankshaft vibrate and bounce around…
The flywheel das the rest, and cleanly snaps the crank in no time..
My Question is das anyone knows if you can get the bearing seats lose some ware or if they are available at all…
Ore do I have to get new engine casings?
Also das anyone know if there an circle crankshaft available for this model…
At the moment I have a crank from an VBB filet, it works, but it das not have an pin bearing and it is very old and not very balanced
