Burgman 400 Clutch Replacement

I have a 2007 Burgman 400 (USA version).  It appears I have the "SUZUKI Burgman AN inject. (K429) 400", but it might be the "SUZUKI Burgman AN" that is also listed on the website.

The clutch pads need to be replaced.  What would be the best options?  Also, is there anything I should watch out for?  I plan to do this myself and have had the clutch bell off, but I have not taken anything more off yet.

Some options I've thought of are:

  1. The OEM clutch pads.  http://www.sip-scootershop.com/EN/Products/C10324/Clutch+Suzuki+Burgman+400.aspx
  2. The MALOSSI Fly Clutch.  http://www.sip-scootershop.com/EN/Products/M5213060/Clutch+MALOSSI+Fly+Clutch.aspx
  3. The Dr. Pulley HiT Clutch.
The clutch bell looks in good shape.  Do I need to replace any springs, or other parts?  Which replacement clutch would you recommend?

Thank you in advance for your help.
Chris

Hi dude

Do you have a stock enigne ?

If yes it´s ok to change only the pads with original replacement.

And by the way if you want to increase your acc. performance i recommend you purchase a malossi variator with a fly clutch.

cheers
