Bearings in fork on smallframe

Hi!

This is how my fork looks now;

And I've got the parts, ready to fit;

But how shall I remove the old ones???

you can buy a tool for this or put a blunt screwdriver in until it touches the inner side of the bearing opposite the side you inserted the screwdriver gently tap it and move the screwdriver
 around the inner edge and tap all the way round evenly it should work it out!
