Bad helpdesk and telesales

I’m beginning to have serious concerns about the technical knowledge and professionally of the SIP callcentre. This is the second time that the send me a wrong product. Last time a backlight without brakeligth, a to big crankshaft, a wrong bearing and know my new exhousast that doesn't fit with my polini 130 kit.

Every time I get an apology and a discount on my new order. But I don’t get a refund for my time, materials and transport cost back to Germany. It’s becoming frustrating!!
