Advice on lml 177 polini kit with 28mm carb

hi all just ordered a 28mm carb with added cables bellows .........., i'm going run it on a lml with a polini 177 kit and sip road sport and a apparent polished crank  ,

has anyone got any jetting advice tune up tips etc hopefully arriving today and on the scoot for friday ,pie n mash run on sat ;)

cheers fella,[B]

but whats meant by min 50

120-125 i take is the main jet

and x2 jet needle

excuse my ignorance but thought sip supplied it ready to bolt or at least thereabouts

finally got delivered at 4 thought it would be straight forward but the lml engines got a oil pump what do you with the spline or hole ?

then the allen bolts that hold the carb soon to be manifold are too long , could use the sleeve bolts/nuts but this would mean studding the threads ,or ream out /enlarging the manifold fixing holes as they seem to be tapered also worried that i'm gonna get the bubbles back on its a vba and there doesn't seem to be a lot room between them and the head ,espec as i take it the carbs meant to be upright

found a a plug for the oil pump didn't fancy using araldite :)

or fifty for a new manifold but this is costing me a bleeding fortune !

and 2 days to pick a small order ?

phbh it's a good carb. easy to fit and tune up!

try with:

*min 50

*max 120-125

*original throttle slide

*x2 jet needle

which carb? phbl?phbh?vhst?

any ideas from the sip staff about the oil pump ?
